Family Time

 

So, it turns out, I'm not a very good blogger.  It has been about a year since my last post.  Taking care of four little kids has kept me really busy to say the least.  I've just been trying to soak it all in and enjoy the sweet moments that come with motherhood.  My kids are growing up way too fast!!  Cameron just finished kindergarten, Crayden just graduated from his second year of preschool, Addy Girl is all potty-trained, and my Baby Sawyer isn't just walking, he's running, talking, jumping, and dribbling a soccer ball extrememly well for a 14 month old.  How did it all happen so fast?!!!  I couldn't be more in love with my life or with my little family.  I feel like the luckiest girl in the world!!  Now that I no longer have a newborn, and we've found ourselves settling into somewhat of a routine, I am recommitting myself to this blog and, hopefully, I'll be a little better at keeping it all updated from here on out.:) 

We had a great time at the preschool graduations, and now we look forward to Craig's graduation this month for his 2 year MBA program. I can't believe we survived! I'm so proud of all my super smart, super handsome, super hardworking boys! I'm one lucky lady!

Crayden loved going to preschool with his two friends, Mikaeli and Caymbree who both live on our street. He especially loves Mikaeli because of her pretty, long, "yellow" hair. He talks about her all the time and considers her his girlfriend. I caught them holding hands in the back seat the last couple of times I drove them to preschool. :)

Cameron loved going to preschool with his best buddy, Logan. They'll miss not going to the same school when they start kindergarten.

Crayden had a great first year of preschool. He wanted everyday to be a preschool day. He especially loved carpooling with his friends. Whenever it was mine turn to drive, he'd say, "No, not you, I want to go in my friend's car."

Cameron and Crayden had preschool graduations on the same day last month. Cameron just finished two years of preschool with Mrs. Balls. She was a wonderful teacher and taught him so much. I don't know who will miss her more, me or him. Thanks to her, he'll go into kindergarten knowing how to read, count to 100 by 1's, 5's, 10's, and backwards from 20, and lots of other things as well. He keeps asking me when he gets to start "real school." He can't wait!
